Cocktail of the month: Cape Town

Cheers to World Africa Day tomorrow!
Our cocktail of the month is suitably called… Cape Town! It features our own buchu tincture and will surely revive the rustiest of all corpses!

Ingredients:
60 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
100 ml Extract of plum tomatoes
10 ml Oleo saccharum of lemon
Cameroun pepper
3 drops of Buchu tincture

Throw and pour into a chilled coupette, garnish with an edible flower.
