For this World Elephant Day on 12 August, we have created The Elephant Buck, a cocktail inspired by this wonderful species. In order to celebrate this occasion, we will be giving away a one-year supply for this August’s cocktail of the month to one winner (read below). To make an Elephant Buck, you will need:
40 ml Elephant London Dry Gin
15 ml Lime juice
5 x Fresh mint leaves.
Top up with Ginger Beer
Build in an Old-Fashioned glass over ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
