DELIVERY & RETURNS
When purchasing from Elephant Gin’s online shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
– You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed through our online shop.
– Orders placed through our online shop will be processed within 2 working days unless stated otherwise. Please note that personalised bottles can take up to 10 working days to reach you as they are handwritten by our calligrapher and shipped directly from Germany via DHL.
– Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
– When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
– All deliveries for orders placed through our online shop will be processed via our courier partner, FedEx in the UK and DHL for personalised bottles shipped from Germany. To view FedEx’ standard terms and conditions, please click here. You can view. DHL terms and conditions here.
– Please note that a domestic shipping charge of £5 is added at checkout for all orders under £50. Orders for over £50 qualify for free shipment and are processed automatically at checkout.
– Our customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we take exceptional care in the manufacturing, packaging and delivery of our products. However if your purchase(s) from our online store is (are) damaged or faulty upon receipt, you can either request a full refund or exchange for (a) replacement product(s) of the same value. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
– To request a full refund or exchange, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please state whether you would like a full refund or exchange and quote your order confirmation number, the product name, your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address to email@example.com.
– Only unopened products that are in the original packaging will be eligible for refund or exchange.
– Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the original transaction within 30 days and will exclude shipping costs.
– We recommend that items are returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.
– If you fail to meet these terms and conditions, the product(s) will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund nor be eligible for an exchange.
– Please note that you may be asked to show proof of age upon delivery of your order.
